About Me
My husband Bob and I recently celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary. At the time, when deciding upon our wedding ceremony, we were confused. Coming from different spiritual and religious backgrounds, we wanted a ceremony that would honor and meld our beliefs and not be filled with dogma. We wanted a ceremony that was spiritual, not religious, beautiful and special, just for us. We didn't know that there were non-denominational ministers who could do this for us. We ended up eloping and were married by a notary public. While, Nancy was a wonderful woman, there was something missing. Throughout my spiritual studies, I had a great desire to work with people who would like to develop their spirituality, weren't religious (not involved in a traditional church) and didn't know where to turn. So I studied to become an ordained ministerial counselor of Pathways of Light Church, a church with no walls. A very important part of my ministry is marrying. I feel that it is the closest that we come to the experience of oneness in this life. When two people commit to each other, miracles occur. I am committed to creating forever unforgettable moments for you on your most special day.
Although I am fairly new to performing wedding ceremonies, I am certainly not new to ministry, public speaking and event planning. As a non-denominational ordained minister, my spiritual studies of 20+ years have taken me on many paths. I honor all spiritual, religious and non-religious backgrounds and am able to incorporate aspects of them in to your ceremony, should you choose.
Having worked in the finest restaurants in New York City, I am well aware of what it takes to put on a spectacular event.
I have eloquently and impactfully spoken to audiences of over 200. I am an internationally published writer, but more importantly, I am keenly aware that this is your day and will do my utmost to see that your ceremony has a pervasive feeling of calm, joy and positivity.
