Planning the Ceremony
The wedding ceremony is an important part of your day. It sets the tone for your guests. You should feel that I will be able to fulfill my role as officiant for you. I want you to feel very comfortable with me, so we will meet (in most cases)to get to know each other. This can be done anywhere from 6 months to a month before the wedding (depending upon time constraints). The farther in advance the better.
Once you feel comfortable and are ready to move forward with me officiating your wedding, we’ll talk about your vision for the ceremony. We'll go over a few scenarios and a questionnaire. I would like to involve you in the planning part of your special day as much (or as little) as you want.
About a month before the ceremony, we’ll communicate a second time to go over your choices and finalize the ceremony. If any changes are to be made, just let me know.
On the day of the wedding, I will arrive in a stylish dress and wedding stole (or other appropriate style that we decide upon) ready to assist you in any way that I can in the fulfillment of your vision. I am very calm under pressure and will strive to keep everything smooth, effortless and joyful.
